Your data, kept simple
We collect very little, only what it takes to run Hidden Hand, and we never sell it. Here's exactly what that means.
What the extension does
- Reads the coin or wallet on the page. On the sites it supports (pump.fun, Axiom, GMGN, Photon, BullX, DEX Screener, Birdeye and Solscan), it reads the coin or wallet address from the page's web address. It doesn't read anything else on the page, and it doesn't run on other sites.
- Asks our server for that address's card. It sends the address to api.hiddenhand.trade, which answers with what's on the chain about it. That's public blockchain data, not your browsing history.
- Keeps your settings and trading key on your device. Your settings, your Hidden Hand account's address, and your trading key are stored inside the extension. The key is encrypted and never sent anywhere. Uninstalling the extension deletes all of it.
- Sends your trades to the Solana network. When trading is open, each trade you make is signed on your device and sent straight to Solana through Helius, a Solana infrastructure provider. Anything you do on your account page is sent by your own wallet. Trades on Solana are public by design, like everything on the blockchain.
What the website collects
- The request-access form. Your email, plus anything optional you add: your X or Telegram handle, which sites you use, and your note. We also record the date and your rough country, which Cloudflare tells us. We use this only to send your invite and talk with you about the beta. It's stored on our server and emailed to our team.
- Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you around the web.
- Cookies. We don't set any. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to keep bots out.
Who helps us run it
We share data only with the services that run Hidden Hand, and only what each one needs:
- Cloudflare delivers the website and our API, sends the sign-up emails to our team, and counts visits.
- Akamai (Linode) hosts our server in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Helius connects us to the Solana network for reading the chain and sending trades.
We don't sell, rent or trade your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Beta sign-ups are kept until the beta ends, or until you ask us to delete yours. Our server doesn't keep a log of the pages you visit or the coins you look up.
Your choices
- Want your sign-up deleted, or a copy of what we hold? Email us and we'll take care of it.
- Want the extension's data gone? Uninstall it. Everything it stored on your device goes with it.
- Want to stop trading from a device? Your connected wallet can switch off its trading key at any time.
The fine print
Hidden Hand isn't meant for anyone under 18. Our servers are in Germany and the United States, so your data may be processed in either. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below.
